The final 5-star option is going to be Lustrous Razor. It is one of the other early 5-star weapons available and is the easiest of the 5-star weapons to obtain. Lustrous Razor will increase Energy Regen by 12% and when the Resonance Skill is used, Jinshi’s Resonance Liberation damage is increased by 7% . This can stack up to 3 times and will last for 12 seconds . Lustrous Razor is a great choice, in particular for Jinshi as she will need help with Energy Regen and this weapon is capable of providing incredible assistance.

As of the 1.1 Thaw of Eons update for Wuthering Waves , we have gotten some new character banners announced. The first of these banners is for the character Jinshi. Jinshi is a spectro character who excels at being a primary dps and deals high Resonance Skill damage. She is a fantastic primary dps for your team if you’ve gotten her, and she gets some fantastic buffs from Spectro-based echoes.
For weapons, you will want to prioritize getting Changli’s banner weapon to pair with her if you can. Blazing Brilliance is the 5-star weapon that is part of her banner event and will be the overall best option for you to use for Changli. Blazing Brilliance increases Changli’s Attack by 12% while also giving her 1 stack of Searing Feather when dealing damage. This can be triggered 1 time every .5 seconds and when using the Resonance Skill she will gain 5 stacks . Each stack of Searing Feather will give Changli 4% more Resonance Skill Damage up to 14 total stacks . After reaching the maximum number of stacks, they will be removed after 14 seconds .
For Jinshi’s primary echo, you’ll have a couple of choices to make. One is in the main area of Fastest Wuthering Waves Waves and the other will be in the Mt. Firmament area that was added with Jinshi. Mourning Aix is on the main map for the game and will allow Jinshi to transform and perform some Spectro-based damage attacks. After the echo has been used, her Spectro damage will be increased by 12% and her Resonance Liberation damage will be increased by 12% as well for 15 seconds .
When considering some solid team compositions for Changli, you’ll really want to look at bringing Yinlin with her if you’ve gotten her. Changli works well with Jinhsi as well, but her synergy with Yinlin is on another level. Yinlin is really special in how quickly she gains energy and burns through her skills in her burst phase. On top of this, both characters can buff each other to deal even more damage. Yinlin is very versatile and quite possibly your best partner for Changli.

Verina or Baizhi will be your best options for healing. Since Wuthering Waves launched, they’ve been the two standout healers and are relatively close in how their kits operate. Verina is a 5-star that buffs the entire team, while Baizhi is a 4-star character only capable of buffing the next character swapped in. Neither will hit quite as hard as any dps, but it is still very nice if either one of them is on the team to heal up any damage that comes your way. Both healers have insanely quick rotations and will allow you to bring Jinshi back onto the field as fast as possible for more damage.
When considering primary echoes, you’ll want the Inferno Rider echo for the Molten Rift Sonata Effect. Inferno Rider is a transformation echo like many others that will allow Changli to deal a ton of Fusion damage in a short amount of time. When long pressing the echo attack, you can enter a rider mode for an extra way to deal damage as well with the echo. Overall, this is the best option for the Molten Rift Sonata Effect and will be a fantastic choice for Changli’s primary echo.
Windchimers are collectibles that look like a bell and can be obtained after landing any resonator attack on it. Windchimers can be exchanged for a multitude of rewards by talking to an NPC called Xian'ge in Hongzhen. Do note that the prerequisite for redeeming the rewards from collecting Windchimers is to complete Main Quest Chapter Seven: Thaw Of E
By using the Chronosorter nearby and moving the marker all the way to the left side, players will be able to fix the Weiqi board , and will notice various mirage NPC's appear. As players are interacting with these mirages, they will be eventually interrupted by Fractsidus enemies, and will need to defeat them. If the Lingering Tunes Sonata Effect is more your speed, there is also the option for Mech Abomination as her primary echo. Mech Abomination will strike enemies and deal Electro Damage on hit. After using the echo, Chixia’s attack will increase by 12% for 15 seconds , making this a nice option for Lingering Tunes. Use Mech Abomination right after Chixia’s Intro Skill has been used and you’ll be set to get her entire rotation done with the attack buff. There are very few other primary echo choices for Lingering Tunes that will provide the same benefits as Mech Abomination. Both echoes are relatively easy to get your hands on and once you’ve gotten your Data Bank leveled up a ton, the chances for the legendary version significantly increase.
