Another Pal that isn’t so overtly creepy, but gets worse and worse the more you think about it. The Nitewing will hunt or find a baby Pal and bring them back to its nest . Raid attacks are situations in Palworld where one of the many factions in the game or a group of wild Pals might attack your base, trying to destroy as much as they can before you and your worker pals can fend them off in combat. To successfully survive a raid, you must be always prepared, and you can place traps, tools, and weaponry that your Pals can use to defend themselves.

First off, you should build your base while keeping all the possible points of access in mind. The higher you build, the more likely that your base grounds will have fewer points for enemies to walk through, so you should aim to have a base on high ground, only accessible by one or two pathways, and (ideally) naturally covered.

This terrifying Pal may look like a scorpion but it is a creature of unimaginable nightmares in reality. Despite looking like a solid creature, the Menasting is actually totally empty inside. Instead, a Menasting will take its prey and shove it inside its hollow shell, where it slowly dissolves it. Like the worse version of the brazen bull torture device from ancient history.

Part of what makes this Pal so unsettling is how to catch dumud gild little is explained about it. The cryptic Paldeck entry for Astegon gives exceptionally little information, just that it was born out of the abyss. What is the abyss? What eldritch hole did this monster pawn from?

If you were to encounter a Maraith in the real world, it might seem almost cute. It’s not the worst looking Pal out there, and its wispy wings and black furry mane looks almost cuddly. But if this Pal is hanging out with you, there’s probably something terribly wrong.

There are plenty of other unsettling Pals out in Palworld, but for some reason, the Tocotoco resonates as being quite disturbing without being overtly so. A Pal that creates and then fires eggs that explode is a little par for the course in his world, but once it runs out of those eggs, it has one final last resort.
