Our 2019 Game of the Year , Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil was an astounding addition to the PS4’s library. Despite being a linear game in a set map, Resident Evil 2 took a long time to load, especially when first booting up the game. While it didn’t reach the horrid minute mark, it always cut it too close. On PS5, the bootup time is cut in half, getting players in faster. There’s not a huge change when loading a save, but there’s at least a slight improvement.

Warmind is the follow-up to The Curse of Osiris and thankfully avoids many of the mistakes that its predecessor made. It isn't perfect, but it was definitely a step in the right direction. It was tough and inconvenient, but it also made for fun and interesting adventures. The game routinely asked players to seek out unmarked locations on foot, locations often far away from the nearest city. If one got there and found themselves outmatched, they only had two options: turn around and walk all the way back or get creative with what was on hand. Many a cool story comes about in such circumstances.

Morrowind’s pure RNG combat is a relic. It was even annoying at the time, so it’s no wonder that Bethesda moved away from it in subsequent games. Even so, it paired with the game’s character development process and gave players a reason to stick closely to their chosen classes and skills. If one didn’t either think of ways to quickly buff/build up their skill or invent tactics to give themselves an edge, then they weren’t going to get anywhere in Morrowind .

Square Enix finally delivered its long-awaited first part of Final Fantasy VII Remake earlier this year. While fans anxiously await details on what’s next, there’s plenty of reason to revisit the game on PS5, now with less waiting time. Booting up the game and loading up a save file is much faster than on PS4, but we've noticed something weird with Final Fantasy VII Remake on both PS4 and PS5 compared to all other games we rested. For some reason, our testing found that it takes longer to load into a save file than it does to boot up the game. We’re not sure this is, but at least both loads are still an improvement over PS4.

For the scope, Guardians should aim to get the SPO-57 Front, which increases range and zoom while decreasing handling. The range this scope offers is the primary motivator for aiming for this sight, as it gives Guardians a bit of an edge in PvP by letting them do damage from further away.
