In order to be a viable romance partner for River in Cyberpunk 2077 , players must have a Female V Body Type , but the Voice Tone does not matter. If players are not a Female V, then they cannot romance River. Once players are ready to head into the fray, simply progress into Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077 and complete Life During Wartime, where eventually players will receive a call from Elizabeth Peralez, thus starting the I Fought the Law quest.
While there's nothing romantic about River's questline, it's clear to see why V and River might bond the way that they do. After all, the case ahead of them is a sensitive subject, and V with River must discover the location of the kidnapped children of the notorious serial killer, Anthony Harris, AKA, Peter Pan. River informs V that he's been let go from the NCPD, and his nephew, Randy, is one of his victims. Players will want to help River in any way that they can, proceeding through the quest until they meet Yawn Packard. When Dr. Packard asks for V's input, be sure to select: Hasn't let me down yet , to stick up for River. After leaving the building with River, head back to his car and have a conversation with him. Towards the end of the conversation, players are given a dialogue option that they will want to select: Sign me up for that beer .
However, as a tech weapon, the way to maximize the damage is to charge up each shot and shoot slowly. This means clips are few and far between and it's easy to get stuck on an ineffective effect for the given enemy. The DPS is poor, Patch 2.3 Release even worse than other common pistols at the same level, making the gun nothing more than a burden to carry around. After a few in-game days of completing gigs and quests, River will text V about coming over. Players will need to select the flirtatious option : How about a new record? And then after a few more in-game hours, River will call about coming over. Players just need to accept River's invite and then meet him at Joss' place. Once V and River share a drink, select: Your parents - what happened?
Of the six attributes in Cyberpunk 2077 Cool perks tend to be the most focused on enhancing stealth combat and V's ability to use Handguns and sniper rifles. The best Cool perks are those that give V the best buffs for these playstyles, or those that unlock access to game-changing sub-per

The game has been notoriously stingy with giving out experience, which makes a shard that gives out 500 experience in a given tree an extremely pleasant exception to that general rule. Players can't choose which skill they get to increase, but it's well worth it to collect them all anyhow. Some shards grant a perk point so that players can grab one of the best perks for any bui
This means that a gun with average DPS that costs eddies every time it is fired must be ruled out. Under no circumstances should it be fired or placed on the upgrading table unless the goal is to play through the game without spending mo
Whether or not it succeeds in this goal depends on which platform one experiences Cyberpunk 2077. This review is based on the PC and Stadia versions of Cyberpunk 2077. Normally when dealing with triple A titles that span multiple platforms the differences in quality between the formats is more or less inconsequential, but this is not the case with Cyberpunk 2077. Features such as story, game mechanics and the general gameplay will naturally be the same across all platforms, but any evaluation of technical performance and overall score in this review is only applicable to the PC and Stadia version.
Night City is a violent place but V has many different ways to handle situations that get out of hand. V can equip up to three weapons at once for quick changing in combat. The melee arsenal includes basic items like wrenches and baseball bat along with nice things such as stun batons or katanas. The firearm variety is no less impress with revolvers, shotguns, machine guns, sniper rifles and submachine guns to name a few. Combat is fast paced and feels satisfying whether using a gamepad or mouse and keyboard, and this is a game that isn't afraid to depict gratuitous violence. Dismemberment and decapitation are common occurrences and on more than one occasion an enemy continued fighting after they were disarmed. Literally disarmed, as in they were shot in the elbow and their arms flew off. There are less confrontational approaches too. Sneaking up on an enemy to stealth kill them is always an option. Hacking has a lot of applications for combat. In addition to disabling security cameras to help sneak undetected, hacking can set booby traps, make machinery malfunction to distract guards and in some cases cause attack drones and droids to self destruct. While death doesn't seem to be frowned upon in Night City, there are several non-lethal alternatives to taking out enemies. Whatever approach V chooses to do combat happens regularly and because of the tight and responsive controls, the fighting is enjoyable.
